I'm Jayce Chambliss! Straight from the Hub City in Hattiesburg, I'm here to give you a peek into my world and share some great insight on life hacks, interview and branding tips, and overall fun stories about my everyday world.

I've been blogging for over a decade, eventually growing to bring you The Edit Media, which includes The Edit Consulting the branding and media training service, The Edit Podcast, and this The Edit Blog. 

​

In 26 years, I've represented Mississippi in the National American Miss and Miss Collegiate America pageants and placed top 5 consistently over 4 years competing for Miss Mississippi USA. I've coupled my pageant experience with my Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations to continue on with an internship at Walt Disney World and now a full-time position as a networker with our regional chamber of commerce and economic development team.

All of these experiences and lessons have led me to start The Edit Consulting, a coaching service that focuses on building interpersonal skills and branding skills that translate into pageant performance and professional performance. I'm so excited to be able to do all of the things I love to do, pouring into others to help them be all they can be: Truly and Confidently Themselves.
